NB Aurora SA SICAF RAIF (“NB Aurora”) is a long term Luxembourg investment company listed in Italy investing in Italian SMEs and promoted by Neuberger Berman. NB Aurora’s investment objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation through mainly minority equity investments in a portfolio of small and medium sized unlisted Italian companies operating in their niche markets. NB Aurora, differentiates itself from traditional Private Equity Funds, by focusing on very long term investment horizons free from conventional exit constraints. As of today, NB Aurora manages a portfolio of 14 companies, out of which 4 held through Fondo Italiano di Investimento’s units.
