Pariter Partners is an innovative holding company that invests in entrepreneurial scientists and italian DeepTech companies in pre-seed and seed stages. Pariter finalizes its investments directly or through its syndicate structure which now aggregates more than 300 investors, representing today the largest investment syndicate focused on deeptech in Italy. Founded in 2017 by Jari Ognibeni and Matteo Elli, Pariter combines financial expertise and deep knowledge of the state of research and frontier technologies, two fundamental elements to identify the best investment opportunities and, at the same time, the most promising realities of the scientific vanguard. With regards to tech transfer and research, Pariter Partners created ScienceLab, the innovative acceleration and investment program dedicated to research centers / universities and research teams. In 2021, Pariter Partners in partnership with Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Venture Capital presented to the market a new investment model to accelerate technology transfer in Italy and invest in emerging technology companies specifically in the sector of robotics, automation, mechatronics. The project called RoboIT – Polo Robotica, is a joint-investment vehicle with CDP as anchor investor and promoter and Pariter Partners as co-investor and scouting, selection and acceleration partner.
