Infrastructure and Innovation. Equiter selects and carries out Mission-Related Investments which combine
financial return with social and economic development in urban areas, with a long-term impact. After the
fruitful experience of the PPP Italia Fund dedicated to infrastructure initiatives in public-private partnership,
Equiter is currently both advisor and anchor investor of the new Equiter Infrastructure II Fund (140 Mln Euro
committed at first closing in February 2021), fully focused on Italian infrastructure assets selected through
an investment policy inspired by innovation and SDGs pillars. The Company is the advisor of RIF (Research
& Innovation Fund) set up in 2018 within the National Operational Programme on R&I 2014-2020,
managed by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR), and of 3 Urban Development
Funds set up in 2011-2012 to manage EU Structural Funds under the “JESSICA – Joint European Support
for Sustainable Investment in City Areas” Programme.
