THCP is a pioneer in European, mid-market, preferred capital, with the founders having operated in the space since 2008. THCP provides flexible capital solutions to those entrepreneurs who believe in their businesses’ potential, and are therefore looking for less-dilutive solutions than traditional private equity can offer, but also seeking less rigid and more supportive solutions than traditional lenders can provide. THCP looks for successful entrepreneurs and management teams seeking to raise capital to (i) Grow their business either organically (e.g. new production plants, new markets, new products, new stores) or via M&A, and (ii) Buy-out other existing passive shareholders
THCP is active operational involvement and strong ongoing support to entrepreneurs, building long-standing partnerships.
